About Us

Our shop was part of Manley Auto Parts, before Ed Rovetto and Ron Lanzetta purchased the building and brought it to life! Ed Rovetto Design helped us with the layout, materials and colors. Andy Champagne did all the woodwork. Tim Charbonneau did all the painting including the tin ceiling and the brick! Central NY Electrical Contractors, (JIM) did our electric, and Boyce and Drake (MIKE) did our plumbing. Saratoga Restaurant Equipment (DAVE & JON) delivered our equipment and helped us layout the kitchen. Our Sysco Representative (STEVE) found suppliers for us that focus on fresh, organic and natural products. I have been collecting furniture, dishes, games, puzzles and all sorts of décor since I lived with my grandparents as a teenager! We have also had many donations from our guests. The organ, books, china, mugs, and games – all things sitting around unused! Like the island of misfit toys, everything is appreciated by somebody. We have a large selection of old LIFE magazines, Readers Digest, and records!! We even have a Victrola and record player!
